Our typical Ramsau Landhaus-style and family-run apartment house is located in a very quiet but central part of the "Obere Leiten" area of Ramsau.

Fresh flowers and a spacious lawn, the wonderful smell of fields and grass make every morning one to remember for you.

With 4 apartments and one double room we offer families, sports enthusiasts and keen hikers newly renovated rooms.

Parking – there are plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the house
Hiking – countless walking trails pass by our house
Cross-country skiing – the trails can be joined directly outside our house
Bus - stops directly at our house (and is free of charge with the Sommercard)

In winter

The wonderful high plateau of Ramsau am Dachstein offers many possibilities:

• Ski bus - stops directly in front of our house and carries you to Planai valley station in 10 minutes – the starting point of 4-mountain ski link.
• A 220 km trail network for cross-country skiing is at your disposal on the high plateau. Ski room including waxing facilities as well as a shoe dryer are available at our house.
